I really like motivational videos. They give me energy. The first 5 minutes of this is what I really want you to hear, but the rest of it is also definitely worth your time :)

He describes why we should all walk as often as we can.
Walking does a lot for your body and mind.
People underestimate it's usefulness - don't be one of those people!
